The compressor is new and is the original Continental compressor for the Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, RAM 1500 (DS/DJ).
The air suspension compressor runs on air and nitrogen and is an important part of the air suspension system of your Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, RAM 1500 (DS/DJ). The air suspension compressor supplies the system with nitrogen and ensures sufficient air suspension pressure. Its operation depends on both the control unit for the suspension level and the valve block of the system.

After replacing the Original Continental Air Suspension Compressor Jeep Grand Cherokee WK2, RAM 1500 (DS/DJ), the system MUST be refilled with nitrogen 5 according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. This can only be done with the right software and special tools.

The exact amount of nitrogen to be added to the system is of particular importance for the proper operation of the compressor. Failure to do so will damage the compressor and void the warranty.
