The compressor is delivered without circuit board.

Assuming that your compressor is actually running but simply not generating any pressure, you can assume that the control board still works. This means you can easily replace the unit we supplied. The control board is defective in the rarest of cases.
That's why it makes the most sense to replace the compressor using the already programmed circuit board of your old compressor.

Since you are using the control board that your vehicle "already knows", you do not need to calibrate anything further.

The compressor runs on nitrogen and is an important part of your vehicle's air suspension system. The compressor supplies nitrogen to the system and ensures sufficient air suspension pressure. Its operation depends on both the suspension level control unit and the valve block of the system.

Manufacturers recommend checking the system for nitrogen leaks and checking the relay and fuse before proceeding with compressor replacement to keep the part warranty valid.

After replacing the compressor, the system MUST be refilled with nitrogen 5 according to the vehicle manufacturer's instructions. This can only be done with appropriate software and special tools. The exact amount of nitrogen to be added to the system is of particular importance for the adequate operation of the compressor. Failure to comply with this requirement will result in damage to the compressor and void the warranty.

Notice:
The compressor is delivered without circuit board. You can simply use the circuit board from your old compressor. This has the advantage that you do not have to re-learn the new compressor.
