Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Before installation, check that the part received matches your order and is compatible with your vehicle. If you have any doubts, contact us before installing or using the part.

1. Right to Withdraw from the Purchase

The consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales contract within 14 calendar days without giving any reason, subject to the applicable statutory conditions and exceptions.

The period begins on the day following receipt of the goods by the consumer or by a third party designated by the consumer, other than the carrier. Where several items are ordered in a single order and delivered separately, the period is calculated from receipt of the last item.

This right applies to individuals making purchases outside the scope of their trade, business or profession.

The right of withdrawal / return of goods may only be exercised if all of the following conditions are met:

The goods must be:

• in their original packaging;

• new, with their original factory condition and appearance preserved, and with all factory labels intact and neither damaged nor removed;

• free from any signs of use, installation or other operation;

• accompanied by all documents issued for the order — a sales receipt, cash-on-delivery payment receipt or invoice.

2. How to Notify Us of Your Withdrawal

Inform Part Trading LTD of your decision by an unequivocal statement, for example by email to office@aeropik.com, or by letter to the address below. To help us process your request promptly, provide your name, order number and the item you wish to return.

It is sufficient to send the notification before the withdrawal period expires. Exercising this right does not require our prior approval.

3. Inspection, Installation and Condition of the Goods

Our store sells new automotive parts. To avoid diminishing their value, check the part number, specifications and compatibility with your vehicle before installation. If you intend to withdraw from the purchase, do not install or use the part.

You may unpack and inspect the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

Installing and using an automotive part may go beyond the necessary inspection and result in a significant reduction in its value, including because it can no longer be offered for sale as new.

4. Returning the Goods

Return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after notifying us of your withdrawal, to:

The consumer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

Package the part appropriately to protect it during transport. Return all accessories and components received with it. To identify the purchase, include the order number or a copy of a proof-of-purchase document.

Please do not send the parcel cash on delivery, as it will not be accepted!

5. Refunds

When the right of withdrawal is exercised, we refund the payments due without undue delay and no later than 14 calendar days after receiving your notification.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods and assessed their condition.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost to the consumer.

6. Withdrawal and Claims for Defects or Non-conformity

The right to withdraw without giving any reason is separate from the right to make a claim for a defect or non-conformity.

The withdrawal conditions described above do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights in the event of a defect or non-conformity of the goods supplied.
